Materials
Silver
We cast in recycled Sterling Silver 925. Sterling silver is made to last. It won't lose its colour or turn your skin green, but it will tarnish to varying degrees when exposed to water, air, sweat, chlorine and other chemicals or left unworn for long periods of time. Storing your piece where it is safe and dry will help it keep its shine. If it becomes tarnished, a silver cleaning polishing cloth or silver cleaning solution will help.
gold
Solid gold is the real deal and will last a lifetime. It's one of the most durable precious metals, but it can still pick up a light film from lotions, perfumes, chlorine and other chemicals and light marks and scratches with regular wear. A soft polishing cloth should bring back it's lustre if it looks dull.
gold plated silver
I plate jewels in an 18ct hard-gold coating. Gold plating will naturally wear off over time. You can make this coating last as long as possible by storing these pieces separately and avoiding exposure to sweat, water and harsh chemicals.

All gemstones are sourced from local gemologists with traceability and sustainability prioritised.

Once processed and finished, orders are sent with Australia Post and you'll be emailed a tracking number. International shipping times vary.
wedding bands
Once processed and finished we would love if you could drop in to make sure the sizing is perfect. If you're unable to then they'll be sent express with Australia Post and you'll be emailed a tracking number. International shipping times vary.
Picking up from the studio

If you're picking up from the studio we'll email or text you when your piece is ready and organise a time that suits.
wedding bands
Pick up for wedding bands is preferred so we can make sure everything fits perfectly. We'll email or text you when your piece is ready and organise a time that suits. Any size adjustments will be prioritised and we can post them out to you if you're unable to make it in.
Refunds/Re-bookings
Rebooking
Sessions can be rebooked to a later date up to 48 hours before your session. Can't make it last minute? Feel free to pass your spot on to someone who can.
Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds due to the small class size.

Gift cards are redeemable within 3 years and non-refundable.
